We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, destination, and the shipping method selected during checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day after processing (available for orders placed before 12 PM EST).
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the destination and the shipping option you select.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing times may be longer during busy periods, holidays, or if additional verification is needed.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment on the courier’s website for real-time updates on your package’s status.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only offer shipping to the United States and select international locations. If you are located outside the United States and wish to place an order, please contact us at info@puregemluxury.com to confirm availability for international shipping.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, PureGemLuxury is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information provided. If there are any issues, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on your shipping method and the weight of your order. These charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.
- For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and additional fees may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@puregemluxury.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution. Please note that we require photo evidence for damaged items.
8. Signature Requirements
For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safety and security of your purchase. This requirement will be noted during checkout if applicable.
9. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct. PureGemLuxury is not responsible for delays or incorrect deliveries due to address errors. If you notice any issues with your address, please contact us immediately at info@puregemluxury.com before your order is processed.
10. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address for shipping.
